Scott Carson
Scott Carson is the founder and CEO of MRP. He has more than 30 years of Healthcare Marketing, BD, Sales and Management experience. He was part of the team that built the eBay Healthcare Marketplace structure and strategy. He is a nationally recognized leader and speaker in driving sales through Internet Transactional Platforms. He founded US Medical, Inc., the first Internet distributor of new and pre-owned capital medical equipment to the healthcare industry. Started in his basement, US Medical emerged 5 years later as a member of the Inc. 500. Carson was named a finalist 2X in the Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award competition. In addition, 2X was named among the Inc. 500’s fastest growing companies. He is a Micro Enterprise of the Year recipient.
Dale Koop, PhD
Dale Koop is the Chief Scientific Officer at MRP. He has a Ph.D. in Physics from Caltech, and is the author of more than 20 patents. Dale created the first commercial applications for laser skin resurfacing at Coherent, and for non-ablative-resurfacing at Cooltouch. He developed the Ultrapulse laser & scanner in 1991, and the first fractional laser in 1994. He was responsible for introducing products including Acupulse, M22, Sciton Skintyte, Sciton BBL, and Sciton ProFractional. He started the Coherent Aesthetics Business unit (now Lumenis), was a founding director of Thermage, GM at Sciton, CEO at Cooltouch & DEKA Inc.. Is currently founder of Perigee Medical, Cellviva, and Peribio. Dale has held board positions at ASLMS, ISCLS and many companies. He is an expert in biophysics, energy-tissue interactions, lasers, RF, ultrasound and product development.
Dr. Madh
Dr. Madh is an experienced medical physician who offers a variety of dermal fillers, neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport and Xeomin), and Kybella (fat melting). She also offers IPL to reduce pigmentation, unwanted superficial veins and reverse photo damage. Dr. Madh is skilled in the use of cannula technique (a flexible catheter that is blunt not sharp, limiting vascular complications, bruising, and creating less downtime.
Dr. Chris Tomassian
Dr. Chris Tomassian is a Board-Certified Dermatologist born and raised in California. Dr. Tomassian completed his medical school at University of Missouri Kansas City and continued his dermatology training at Kansas University Medical Center. He is passionate about both cosmetic and medical dermatology and strives to provide results that are natural and youthful. During his time as a resident, Dr. Tomassian had a passion for aesthetic and medical dermatology and was named Cosmetic Chief of his residency program. In 2020, he was named The Best Dermatologist in Kansas City by the Kansas City Pitch. Dr. Tomassian’s main goal when creating The Dermatology Collective was to create a space that is accessible, relaxing, and enjoyable to give his patient’s the best care. When creating The Dermatology Collective (TDC), Dr. Tomassian was determined to build an inviting, state of the art medical practice to serve his community. His goal is simple, treat patient like his own family which means working closely with you to create a personalized plan to better your skin. When Dr. Tomassian is not practicing, he provides his expert dermatological perspective to tackle social media trends, misinformation, and guides his followers to finding effective and affordable skincare.
