Dr. Michael Kelly is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with a diverse medical background. He earned his MD from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed general and plastic surgery residencies. Dr. Kelly trained under the guidance of Dr. Ralph Millard Jr. in Miami. He founded and practiced at Miami Plastic Surgery for 30 years and has now joined Georgia Skin Cancer, focusing on aesthetic injectables and minor surgical procedures. His extensive experience and expertise make him a highly respected figure in the field.
