And finally link this all together for superior patient experience and to help us guide this discussion. And, uh, we are going to have a wonderful, wonderful team of expert panelists who we have gathered here tonight, uh, starting with our first panelist, Kim Laity. Um, Kim lives at the intersection where East meets West. She is the founder of Soma Cell

and a multi certified aesthetic trainer who understands that in 2026, patients don't want to just look different. They want to regenerate. She helps practices navigate the complex world of nonsurgical innovation without losing their personal touch. That being said, welcome Kim to the Business of Aesthetics webinar. Thank you so much, son. I'm really happy to be here tonight. Wonderful. And next up, uh, we have the visionary who knows that being the best clinician doesn't matter if the world can find you. Leading a team of over 250 experts at Equa Marketing. He has spent two decades helping doctors stop renting their traffic and start owning their growth.

3:23

He's here to show us why vanity metrics are dead and what actually drives revenue. Welcome Narin Errol Raja, and he will be with us shortly, uh, as decision goes along and running out. Our panel is the founder of Titan Aesthetics. She realized early on that the biggest gap in aesthetics isn't just a needle. It's really the conversation with the background from industry giants like Allergan and medics, um, as well as a lot more she mentioned, uh, right before. Uh, she now equips practices with the soft skills and screening protocols to turn first time consults into lifetime loyalists.

4:09

Welcome Mary Beth Hagen. Alright, and now before we jump into the main q and a, um, I would like to get to know y'all, right? So open up the chat and tell us what city are you tuning in from and what is one word that describes your goal for 2026. Is it growth? Is it peace? Is it automation, scope? Um, this will really help us tailor the answers better to your specifications. We'll take 30 seconds to hear from y'all and to get to know who's in attendance. Here. We got Rubina from Florida. Welcome Dr. Rubina.

4:57

And let's see. It's always fun when everybody's shy. Yeah, it's always the beginning, you know, and that's, uh, exactly why I wanted everyone to find the chat box here, because throughout this discussion, it's not, we are not recorded. We are here with you live so you can engage with us, ask your questions, rebuttals, whatever, you know, communicate with us. And, uh, that'll just make it more engaging, much more valuable for your time as well. So we got Judy from South Carolina who's focused on growth. Tara Rockford, again, growth.

5:42

And we got Jen from Salt City. Welcome Jen. And growth. Alright. Oh, we got Cynthia from Pittsburgh. Um, and Cynthia wants to grow while being able to sleep at night. Ooh, A good one. Absolutely. That's definitely a good one. And that's what we are here for at Business of Aesthetics, ensuring that, you know, you're not only just growing, but you're doing so in a way that is fulfilling. So welcome, um, Dr. And Mrs. Sanchez. Um, okay. Cultural laser specialist. Welcome. So wonderful. We got it. You all found the chat box. Uh, that's, that's what's up.

6:27

And, uh, throughout our discussion, as I mentioned, you can join in and if you have any questions or concern, uh, that you would like to get particularly answered pre, please drop them in the q and a, uh, section there, because sometimes, um, it'll be a bit difficult to find them on the chat box. But if you put it in the q and a, we'll get to it, um, either along the way, if not at the last few minutes, just dedicated for your questions. So now with that being said, really appreciate you all taking the time to engage with us on the chat. And now let's dive into the technology and regenerative aesthetics with Kim Laity. Kim, let's start with the landscape. You're constantly at the latest devices

and products launches. Looking into 2026, what technology trends do you think will most impact aesthetic practices, especially in regenerative and nonsurgical treatments over And, um, from all the research and all the trends coming together at that junction in the center? Um, sorry about the siren in the background, if anybody can hear that. But we're really seeing huge demands for treatment, whether it's an energy based device that has downtime or no downtime towards natural beauty, right? Natural beauty is becoming very quickly a way of life for a lot of patients. But that doesn't mean you have to not think about your energy based devices.
