Dr. Frey completed his plastic surgery residency in the Hansjörg Wyss Department of Plastic Surgery at NYU Langone Health. There, he also completed additional training in microsurgery. A member of various committees for the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Dr. Frey has presented at national conferences and published more than 60 peer-reviewed research publications.
